Holiday Nuts Recipe with Rosemary Salt

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw nuts (any type or a mix)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Lavender Salt and/or Rosemary Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the 2 cups of raw nuts in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag.

  2. Add olive oil and toss to coat thoroughly.

  3. Add Lavender Salt and/or Rosemary Salt, and toss thoroughly.

  4. Remove nuts from bag and place on cookie sheet.

  5. Brown in the oven at 200 degrees until slightly brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and place on paper towels to cool.

  7. Store in an air-tight container.
